With over 40 years of pastoral experience, Charles Stone has served as a lead pastor, associate pastor, and church planter, bringing biblical truth and practical leadership wisdom to countless congregations. He is the author of seven books, including If Jesus Gave a TED Talk and Holy Noticing: The Bible, Your Brain, and the Mindful Space Between Moments, with his new book called Stress Less: 9 Habits from the Bible and Brain Science to Build Resilience and Reduce Anxiety set to release in March 2025. Charles has also contributed over 300 articles to leading Christian leadership platforms. As a seasoned coach and consultant, he has trained over 3,000 leaders across seven countries, equipping pastors and ministry leaders to thrive in their calling.

Charles combines his rich pastoral experience with cutting-edge insights from neuroscience. He holds a Ph.D., an M.Div., and a D.Min., as well as advanced certifications in the neuroscience of leadership and psychological safety. A certified coach through the International Coaching Federation, Charles specializes in helping pastors and leaders elevate their preaching, improve self-care, and navigate the unique challenges of ministry.
