CCR 247 is an international commercial radio station which is owned by CHIH MEDIA Group. CHIH MEDIA GROUP is a company of CHIH GROUP. The radio station was first founded as a pilot project in 2016 where it used to record different shows and distribute them through taxis where commuters listened to our shows from morning until in the evening. The radio station has since grown in leaps and bounds since then and started live broadcasts for the first time in 2022. Then it was called Chaval Comms Radio but has since being rebranded and repositioned. Now known as CCR 247, the radio station broadcasts 24/7 to the whole world. It is an empowering, inspirational, educational and informative ratio station with music, talk, news and entertainment. It plays Rnb hits, AfroPop, POP, Gospel, Kwaito, House and African Jazz.
