Red Cross Children's Hospital Radio
Rx Radio is an online radio station based on the Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospital that is made for and by children.
With the help of adult volunteers and staff, the station is run by children admitted into the Red Cross Hospital and their friends and siblings. RX Radio aims to provide relief for these children while simultaneously offering radio training to them. The children are also in charge of choosing the music, inviting and interviewing guests and design their own radio shows.
Other children in the hospital are also invited to interact with RX Radio through competitions and giveaways and song requests.
The station live streams globally 24/7 both live and pre-recorded programmes.
