OFM is a commercial radio station best known for its music programming that combines Blues, Jazz, Electronic, Soul and World Music, and for its unusual competitions and sponsored events, of which Cash Call and The White Collar Friday Fight are the best examples. Its line-up also features news reports, weather and traffic updates and light entertainment shows.

This radio station broadcasts in English and in Afrikaans from Bloemfontein to the Free State, the Vaal Triangle area and the Northern Cape province and the North West province using frequencies ranging from 94 to 97 FM. An online live streaming option is also available on its website, where listeners can additionally find the podcasts to the station's main shows and check the radio's Top 40 playlist.
