Lotus FM is a full-spectrum radio station broadcasting nationwide frequencies ranging from 87.7 MHZ to 106.8 MHZ and worldwide through online live streaming. It is also available on channel 808 on DSTv and in podcasts, on the station's website.

It broadcasts in English while aiming to serve three religions and 5 linguistic groups. Its content is created targeting specifically the Indian heritage South Africans, offering a line-up with news reports, entertainment shows, sports programmes, music and talk shows subjected to different topics.

Lotus FM also launches competitions regularly, with Free Play Friday and Song of the Year being the most popular among the station listeners.
